Secondary Glazing involves adding another slimline window in to your existing windows. It is a cost effective and efficient method of insulating & sound proofing your windows. By choosing from our Secondary Glazing range, you could save around 10% on your heating bills. The Energy Saving Trust states that it is an ‘ideal solution if you are unable to replace your existing windows with double glazing’.

​Made from strong, light-weight aluminum, it can be made to be very slim and discreet. Adding Secondary Glazing to your existing windows is considered a reversible change and doing so is recommended by English Heritage and the Listed Property Owners Club.

Found Ames Glass Ltd on Google, closest to my workplace , got a quote (they were the cheapest ), they came to take measurements and had it fitted all with in 24 hours . Ames Glass has been friendly, helpful, efficient and speedy. They carried out initial repairs very quickly and then sourced a replacement stained-glass unit. They gave good advice on what other works were needed or not.
