Replacement Double Glazed Units
At Ames Glass we supply low E double glazed units which importantly reflect harmful UV and Infrared waves. The high quality double glazed units we supply also reflect back the summer heat whilst helping to retain indoor heat during the winter.
Ames Glass also supply argon gas windows or krypton gas windows. Both gases work in a similar way as both are far denser than air, resulting in increased insulation and energy efficiency.
If desired, we can add the likes of white internal Georgian bars, lead work and coloured film to your unit. We can also make units with various thicknesses and types of glass. Don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements.
